About Me

I am a soon to be 20-year-old college student struggling with the different aspects of life and some. In high school, I was diagnosed with major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and recently diagnosed with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. Basically, I was dealt a pretty shitty hand of cards causing me to learn to live differently.

Growing up I had a hard time expressing my feelings and thoughts because it seemed like I was the only person in the world with this many issues. Man, was I wrong. I started sharing my experiences and feelings with my friends, only to realize many of them were suffering just like me but were too afraid to talk about it.

Well, here I am, ready to give you a new and uncensored view of life. I want to share my stories with anyone else trying to get through life the same way I am. Hopefully, my different coping techniques and lessons I learned through different experiences can help you either understand what it’s like to live with these illnesses or can help you get through them yourself.

Although I’m only 20 young I have experienced different friendships, love, relationship problems, school, partying, dieting, working out, hobbies, books, jobs, and most importantly (to me at least) different fashion and makeup trends. I fully live by the motto look good, feel good, and by many different inspiring quotes from many icons such as Coco Chanel, Audrey Hepburn, and others.

Click follow to see my new blog posts each week on different lifestyle topics and my unique view of life’s situations through the eyes of a depressed, anxious, and unfocused 20-year-old.

As always I love feedback and learn best from others, so feel free to contact me with your constructive criticism. I’m obviously not a professional blogger, and with time I’ll improve so be nice. If you have a specific topic or question you’re dying for me to write about let me know! I am always down for a good private conversation too if you just want to talk. Please remember this is a welcoming environment for all and bullying will not be tolerated.
